Inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the vision of our Revered Founder Bishop Henry Fortunatus Caumont, we commit ourselves to be at the service of people through 4 types of ministries:
HEALING
In our healing ministry, we extend the love and compassion of Christ. While we devotedly serve the sick and the infirm to bring relief to their bodies, we gently help them recognize God's loving presence in their suffering and to trust in his wisdom and power. Our services include Hospitals, Dispensaries, AIDS Hospices, Home for the Aged, Community Health Services, Village Outreach Programmes, Pastoral Care and Counselling. Our health centres provide allopathy and alternative systems of medicine.

EDUCATION
In Education the integral liberation of women and girl children of our society takes priority. We strive to make our schools dynamic entities involved continually in discerning the needs of our times; flexible enough to respond to the values of Love, Freedom, Sincerity, Justice & Equality where a preferential love for the poor is lived out. We run English Medium as well as Vernacular Schools in different States. We also work in Diocesan Schools

SOCIAL ACTION
We seek the development and total liberation of people by living and working among the villagers sharing their life struggles and forming healthy communities. Some of these activities are: Self-help groups, Farmers' Collectives for sustainable agriculture, Women's Collectives for empowerment, Children's Collectives for the transformation of society, We are also involved in Legal Literacy, Human Rights Monitoring, Data Collection and Advocacy, Campaigns for Dalit Rights and provide assistance through Legal Aid Cells.

CREATIVE MINISTRIES
Our responses to people's needs are innovative in order to bring about a transformation in the lives of the poor, the marginalized, the outcastes, especially women and girl children. Enthused by the Holy Spirit, more and more Sisters are venturing into newer and creative ministries to answer the needs of the people around, such as: Basic Human Communities, Small Christian Communities, Prison Ministry, Platform Ministry, Ministry among Rickshaw Pullers, Remedial Classes, Job-Oriented Courses like Tailoring, Computer Education.
